Kyla took over the reins of Personnel Dynamics in 2019. Her experience as a business owner and her background make her the perfect fit for our company. Her passion for the community and our
customers are the key to providing quality staffing and excellent customer service.

Kari Hoerler (Right)

Kari grew up in Grand Rapids and started with Personnel Dynamics in 1997 as the office assistant. Through the years she has tackled everything from contracts to payroll to recruiting. She learned the ins and outs of the staffing industry from the founder, Donna Vennie, who started in the business in 1995. She currently spends her days overseeing daily office operations, speaking with prospective clients, interviewing candidates and trying to match the right person to the right job.

Baylee Stephens (Left)

Baylee joined the Personnel Dynamics team in 2019. She is new to the staffing industry but grew up in the area and understands the dynamics of the community. She is our payroll go-to person and keeps everyone on task. She is not afraid to jump into new projects and is a welcome addition to the staff!
